+Explain transformation of 40 Day Fast (6 weeks session)

*Daily menu plan

*weigh in and out with measurements

*Accountability with personal Trainer and motivation.

*45 mins. to 1 hours work out session.

*The opportunity to workout with trainer one day a week to 5 days dependent on need of client. ($50.00 each session)

*Opportunity for discount on next 6 week session. If you tell a friend or family about program and they purchase 1 (6 week session). see price list

* You could receive 1/2 off one session and refer 2 people receive one complete session for free.

Christian Counseling:

* Use Biblical Principal and a scriptural based foundation

*Individual Counseling

*Group Counseling

Marriage-Couples Counseling

*Advanced Assessment starting at $150.00-and up for any session if desired to get to the root of the problem and helps client understand their self and others assessed .

*Resources / handouts/books as needed.
